PENNY CUTHBERT
Penny is the Studio Director of Hatha Yoga Desha, and is a Shadow Yoga Teacher Trainer. She has over thirty years of yoga teaching experience, and has taught Shadow Yoga for more than twenty years.

SIMONE LAMBERT
Simone has been teaching yoga for more than two decades. Starting in the Ashtanga Yoga tradition she began Shadow Yoga in 2020, and commenced Shadow Yoga teacher training in 2022.

MARINA NUNNARI
Marina began practicing Shadow Yoga in 2014, and commenced Shadow Yoga teacher training in 2022. She speaks fluent Italian and English.
