Angahara (linear and circular arrangements)
Linear activities move prana into the blood and bone and are suitable for morning practice to prepare for the day ahead - inversions are introduced. Circular and swaying activities move prana into the nerves and are suitable for afternoon/evening practice, as preparation of sleep. ​
Nṛtta Sādhanā​ (Pure Dance)
These karana arrangements prepare the student for the internal practices of Hatha Yoga. ​ 
Introduction to Mantra Sadhana
A foundation practice in mantra and japa, where students begin to work with sound.
