Angahara (linear and circular arrangements) |
Linear activities move prana into the blood and bone and are suitable for morning practice to prepare for the day ahead - inversions are introduced. Circular and swaying activities move prana into the nerves and are suitable for afternoon/evening practice, as preparation of sleep. |
Nṛtta Sādhanā (Pure Dance) |
These karana arrangements prepare the student for the internal practices of Hatha Yoga. |
Introduction to Mantra Sadhana |
A foundation practice in mantra and japa, where students begin to work with sound. |
